One of the worst layouts for a recycling centre I’ve ever seen. Spend most of the time in your car stuck behind big vans.

I love it here, it’s like a second home. Sometimes I come and I don’t have anything to bring, I just like to watch other ‘tippers’ burst with glee as they dispose of their unwanted items. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I think one time they did actually come and have a look in my boot! Overall, it’s a great day out, only thing that it’s lacking is a cafe.

Now that life seems to have returned to normal it is a more seemless experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There doesn't seem to be long waits now that a booking is not required and more that 3 cars can unload at a time

The booking system was straightforward and worked well.

I do not now whether it is a recent change as I am new to the area, I found the staff shockingly unfriendly and sarcastic. I have visited centers all over the country and despite good facilities find this one my least favourite. It only got two stars based on the facilities, if it was based on the staff I would have liked to give zero.

I went in with my trailer full of household waste and struggled with undoing the straps, a nice member of the public and nice young man, named Matthew who worked there, was really helpful and pleasant , he was a credit to the facility,

Well organised but very slow. I had a 40 minute wait, arrived at 9:06 Sunday morning for a 9 -9:30 slot. Due to corvid staff are not allowed to help you unload, it does tell you when you book your slot. I did feel corvid safe.
