Our builder B and A Brickwork, whilst carrying out extension for us hired a skip from this company. The skip didn’t arrive when it should have but did the bilders not give them adequate notice. The skip was blocking in our caravan and just allowing us to park our car on drive. Not a real problem but could not wait for skip to be removed.
Was supposed to be collecting this Friday,
24th November. When it had not arrived by 1pm was getting worried as skip was soooo full and it was windy, too worried to put our £40000 new car on drive, as only place left was on part of our drive, next to skip. I was worried about debris falling off skip onto our car! I rang skip company, spoke to a very pleasant lady who informed me that it might not be until Saturday morning. I explained builders did not happily work on a Saturday. She said she would prioritise skip but I did not feel very hopeful. Great, skip arrived at about 3.30pm so, thank you very much GBM for taking skip today enabling us to park our car and get our Basecamp 2 out, which had been boxed in since 23rd October, a month😡.

Booked online, skip turned up on the arranged day and was collected shortly after I let them know I was finished with it. Driver followed my instructions about putting the skip down onto the protective sheets that I supplied. Couldn't have been easier and it was the cheapest price I could find locally to boot.

GBM Waste Management are a fantastic bunch of people. They have walked me through the processes of managing hazardous waste for my business and nothing has ever been a problem for them.

The staff are a genuinely great bunch, I've worked construction for 31 years and I have never met a nicer place to do business with.

Booked a 1 yard skip bag for soil and rubble, dropped off the next day as stated. Filled and called them to collect, 4 hours later collected and gone. Perfect what more can you say!

Probably one of the worst skip companies I have dealt with.
Turned up randomly to collect the skip after a few days without prior notice and without any contact from myself.
They stated they would leave the skip for another week when I stated in will be ready to collect on the Monday (this was the Friday before) I also informed them I have a disabled person I look after and have heath issues myself.
I called on the Monday to confirm the skip was ready to be collected.
I waited until the Friday when they originally stated they would come back for the skip. I called them up to ensure they would be collecting that day as I was having a delivery on the following Monday and needed the drive clear and I was met with I'll put it to the top of the pile and I'll see what I can do response.
Monday came and still no skip removal, called them again to see if they were coming for the skip and they're still not collecting.
Its now cost me another £50 pound delivery charge as I've had to cancel my other delivery.
If you want a skip company that is arrogant and has no consideration for peoples lives, this company will serve you well.
