So this is how it works with Biffa.
They are supposed to send you an invoice to pay your bill (but they don't always send it)
So then you you don't get your bin emptied.
You call them and tell them you need to pay your bill..they then take your money, but don't empty the bin as you have missed the collection day.
So thats 2 weeks with no bin collection, you then contact them again telling them that due to bin being full you have to put black bags out and fox's are getting into them
They tell you 'sorry but you will have to wait until your next collection day. Even though all this is through no fault of your own and you have paid up to date. So all in all almost a month without bin being emptied.

Called yesterday afternoon to have 60+ bags of heavy confidential papers taken away, done and dusted by 10AM the following morning! Thanks Biffa, great service 🙂

P.s the guy who came in the van was a really nice chap 🙂

Not good enough, late pick ups, documents signed and lost, excuses, delays in services, using the online system nobody ever replies, do yourself and look elsewhere.
