Excellent service. Contacted them by email on the Tuesday, stating the make, model, and condition of my old car, and got an almost immediate reply saying what they would pay me and that they could collect on the Thursday and the driver would phone me beforehand. Got a call on Thursday morning from a very friendly man saying he could be with me in a few minutes. He loaded the car up onto their vehicle, filled in the V5C and gave me the "transfer to a motor trader" section, and took my bank details. Received money by bank transfer that same evening. Excellent company to deal with, will be using them next time I have a car to scrap. Recommended.

Excellent service all round! Spoke to Sarah in the office yesterday who was extremely polite and arranged our vehicle collection for the next day at a time to suit us. All questions answered and the vehicle was collected the next day as promised.
The driver arrived on time and was very friendly and professional dealing with all the paperwork necessary. The money was transferred into our account the same day.
