Staff need to sweep up the broken glass, plastic and other debris, the amount of punctures from visiting here must be through the roof.

Staff were mainly sitting around, one member of staff stood a metre from me and watched as I struggled to lift something in a bin, no offer to help. When asked where to take some plastic tubs I was directed to the bins for cardboard...which were both totally full and closed off with nothing being done about it and more cardboard just piling up on the floor around them.

I know it's a place for rubbish, but it really is a bit of a rubbish place to bring your rubbish!!

Bins filling up quickly but they are trying to squash them as quick as possible
Quite busy with vehicles today but in an out within 45 minutes
even with the queue outside in the road

Website needs updating to show the correct opening hours.
It appears on Tuesday & Thursday opening time is 10:00 and not 9:00 as advertised.
Wasted a lot of time this morning.

Not open at 12.00 as many others discovered,gate locked no message/sign saying why, poor customer service. No reason etc we are assuming it will open tomorrow.

Two stars simply because I've found the service to always be pretty good. But today, car full of junk, seen on Google closing at 16:00, arrive at 15:30, all shut up, cheers for that! Google still says open, even as I check it now (15:45). All because the bin men didn't collect our rubbish or recycling, missing our bins on the street (after Xmas as well 🤦‍♂️)

Great recycling centre. No queue and I did visit at lunchtime today. Directed where to park by one member of staff. Other staff were very helpful in guiding me which bins to use for the relevant items.

The site is well organised and well signposted. However few of the staff have good customer skills (one or two are very helpful the rest aren't) and in general could do with better leadership,.

Took a few bags of green waste today, and got there with a minute to spare...
So lucky.
Guy there was we are shutting in 1minute and I said il be quick.
No offer of help , which is something I did for the general public when I worked at the recycling centre, they were more interesting in getting home, had they had offered to help it would have been done quicker and they just watched ... terrible service , I was better, and I enjoyed helping people, these guys were miserable. Poor service and shocking choice of people to employ for a job like this. Hope the management take some initiative.
