Random open and closing times
10am opening for some reason ? So get queues every day outside on busy road
Closed on Tuesdays ?
Close early every day
Wished I could work these hours tbh
Gets even worse when seasons change for some reason also

Just returned from a really useful trip to the tip where the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The bonus ball was them showing us the peregrine falcon sitting high above the tip waiting for its mate. It's not often people say going to a tip is a pleasure, but this was a real treat on all levels. Thanks chaps.

Set in a good location with nice scenery I had a good day out with the family, the kids were allowed to jump though the skips apart from the non-recyclable as they don’t like anything going into that one. I sat on the picnic benches watching, they could do with a few more. The staff were friendly but got quite busy at times, and parking was limited. Would go again if in the area.

Great recycling centre, convenient and easy to get around with well marked out bays. Helpful staff but not pushy, ask if you need help. Some people moan about the opening times around end/start of Summer and winter. I usually ring to check they are open if I'm going at the start or end of the day and I'm not sure. Obviously they'll close earlier when the night draws in. Some people will find anything to moan about but generally great reviews

I'm so glad to have it on 3 minutes away from our house, so helpful. The sad thing is that lots of people throw away brand new things or in a very good condition, stuff that can have a second life. Having a scrap shop or a reuse center nearby could reduce waste and benefit both the environment and charitable causes. It's a positive step towards sustainable practices and we need to think about it.
