I contacted them, described the car, sent some pictures and had an offer in a couple of hours. After I accepted, a gentleman arrived within an hour or so, paid the agreed price in cash and took the car away. No quibbling or sucking of teeth when he saw the car for real! DVLA admin done on the spot and I had immediate acknowledgement by email. The whole process took less than half a day; from my initial enquiry to the car being off my drive. Great service.
