Called in to make a delivery but having been here before for parts I asked for help with a flat tyre, guys didn't hesitate and fixed a puncture for me in minutes.

First their items are very expensive than online for the fact that most items are second hand used, secondly you don't get a refund of items bought mistakenly if it is not the actual cause of the problem. Good staffs but they need to do better with the prices and customer relationship..
Saying that you don't get a refund for a try your luck error, i usually refund when i buy parts online even if it doesn't fit or try and error stuff. Put it out there in your office for terms and conditions that we don't get a refund after payment. It was not there. I just regret coming over sincerely.

Had an issue with a brake caliper carrier on a BMW wasn’t quite right the one they gave went back down the gentleman gave me the exact part free off charge very friendly staff will always use from now on 11/10 amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called 1st Choice for a few parts for my daughters car, they had everything I needed and prices were the best in Cardiff.
My whole experience from start to finish was very superb, James helped and fitted all the bits we needed, that in it self is a bonus. I can't recommend 1st choice enough for any car parts you need. They are very quick to come back to you with any enquiry.

Absolutely amazing couldn't thank the guy today enough. Came in just for a part as my car was making a funny noise and he even fitted the part for me as it sounded so bad turned out it was a different problem and he fixed that too. Good pricing and very friendly and quick , and went above and beyond for a first time customer will definitely be back and highly recommended.
