Fantastic, friendly, and helpful service every time, a well kept yard with a good variety of parts for all cars. This is the second time Eddie, has been totally professional in the way he has helped me. I was only after the cheapest, smallest part for my Fiesta but never the less, an essential bit. He could easily have said ‘no sorry we don’t have one’ but not Eddie! He probably clambered over cars to get this one little bit for me. He called to happily say ‘I’ve found you one if you wanna pop in’. He didn’t only go to the trouble of getting this piece for me, he ensured it fitted my car and secured the spare wheel for me. I truly could not have been more grateful. DO NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS YARD. These guys are super friendly, helpful and professional in their work. We are so lucky to have this company here in Devizes. Thank you very very much.

Would not touch this business with a barge pole. Completely unprofessional and will gladly take your money from you.
I sourced and ordered a replacement car door via a breakers website. Bad customer service from the start. I asked for the part to be delivered, never heard anything from them for 1 week. Communication then came the day of the delivery - for which I had to rearrange my full day to be there. Door arrived with questionable packaging which my experienced mechanic told me would be bad news from the get go. I arranged for the door to be fitted to be told by my mechanic that the door was damaged and would not be fit for anyone to use.
I called the office and was met with a defensive and accusatory tone. Asking for help with my situation I was told to “contact the manager” who was conveniently off the same day.
I have since been told to package the door myself (which would have been completely fine had the door not been damaged and awkward) but now I’m being refused ANY COMPENSATION for the matter in which I am left with a door, without £100+ and a car door that has subsequently cost me more to be fixed alternatively.

The manner of these people it’s disgusting, I’ve worked in customer service, retail and management and I would have NEVER dealt with a situation like this in the way I have been treated.

Would give zero stars and tell others to avoid

Today had a absolute pleasure to deal with J Jones Motor Spares. Needed a few bits for my honda CRV.
I bought a bonnet in almost perfect condition and few other bits for my car. When got home noticed that bonnet was slightly different then original one.
Even if that was my fault with picking a wrong bonnet Eddie has accepted the return and gave me a full refund.
Definitely would go back to J Jones Motor Spares and would highly recommend this place to everyone.
If you are looking for good condition second hand parts that is the place you want to visit. Massive stock of cars and great service provided by lovely people.

Very helpful and polite! Phoned to confirm that they were on the way to pick up my end of life car and arrived bang on time. They did all the paperwork and told me how to inform the DVLA on line. Gave a very fair price for the car. First class service I would not hesitate to use them again! Highly recommended!
