Ali Wait, the director HFS was recommended to us. He contacted us within a day of the referral and appeared on site the following day. He was extremely efficient, knowledgable and personable and has managed to save us thousands of pounds by using his camera in the tank and informing us that the tank was sound, requiring only groundwork, unlike the other septic tank suppliers who wanted to sell us a completely new system. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has septic tank/waste problems.

Brilliant service. Contacted in the morning re a blocked drain. Drains jet washed, camera inspected and cleared in the afternoon. Alister was very friendly and professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, fully equipped with all the necessary tools. Highly recommended.

Ali explained exactly what was needed and how he could help when I explained that our new lender for our mortgage needed to know that our septic tank was compliant with the 2020 regulations.

We were lucky that Ali was able to fit us into his busy schedule as we needed to get a compliance report as soon as possible. He visited promptly, and after asking a few questions about the history of the house (my family home since the late 50’s) was able to check the condition of the tank and soak away. These were pinpointed by gps and how appear on his report map.

We received the report back and all is compliant.

Ali came to our rescue early Sunday morning to unblock our toilet. Having removed some very stubborn inspection covers he proceeded to expertly clear all drains methodically. All work was carried out thoughtfully, professionally and with a high standard of due care and attention.
