Excellent customer service. Very professional and helpful. The part I needed was for a 20+ year old caravan, so I didn't hold out much hope, but they had it! It was even cheaper and in better condition than most on eBay so it was a no brainer! Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged. I will definitely be using them as my first stop for any future parts I need.

Thanks to all at KTG for their friendly and efficient service, after contacting them to sell our caravan that had developed a major damp issue. I sent them a few photos through and they made me a very fair offer the next day and collected it 2 days later, the money was in my account before Karl had driven away.

Brilliant service, sent pic of required basin, got an email back saying yes we have one, I asked for more details and pictures were taken and sent to me , A quick call and Nicola took payment, we discussed the options of posting it out but agreed due to the fragility of the item collection was the best option , On collection a lovely chat with the family and was not only directed but taken to a overnight free stop and told of an emergency one if it was needed should I be in the area.
Could not have asked for better service shame they are not on my doorstep as I'm sure they would have every part I could ever need for my 17 year old campervan

This was a great little find on the Internet. They had both of the parts I was looking for in stock.
Initially very helpful over the Internet sending additional pics of the items. Saved them until I could pick them up. Very pleasant staff on arrival and gave some really good tips on fitting the parts. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.
