I was worried to come here as all the reviews are quite bad but the woman was lovely and she didn’t look through each of my bags which lots of reviews said she did which i was worried about because i had 10+ bags. overall there was nothing bad so don’t get put off these reviews and all the clothing goes to ukraine so even if you don’t get as much as you would selling each clothing, it’s going to a good cause!

I attended the one at the Brickmakers Pub car park today, the lady was very friendly, chatty, quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend if you want a few pennies for your giveaway clothes.

What can I say, shockingly rude. Refused all bags without even opening them to look. My partner dropped them off and informed me she took one look at him and made the decision they were dirty.... I can only assume its because he was racially profiled. The fact that I packed them myself and know the majority were designer, including French and Spanish children's clothing. I'm completely shocked and disgusted with how he was treated, and will be taking this further. Please don't use this place. I have used this place before with no problem so cannot understand why my partner was refused. Disgraceful!!

Lady extremely rude.
I had two bags of clean folded unmarked clothes for sale.
She took one look at me. (In my work clothes). 👀
Said they can't be scruffy/covered in paint.
Judged me by my appearance, little did she know I had lots of lovely clothes washed and ironed.
Her loss. Rather give to charity now.
Does not even deserve 1 star

Does what it says on the tin, the experience is just unpleasant. Woman is miserable and said she did not have time to change one item of clothing that was inside out - but I expected the worker to be miserable based on the reviews.

They're very picky here about what they accept. A frayed cuff or mark on something will be enough reason for them to say no. So if you go along thinking you're going to offload a lot of clothes in one go, be aware that you'll almost certainly have many things rejected that you'll still need to take elsewhere (like the clothes bank by the convenience store on Constitution Hill). It's a bit frustrating. They could improve customer satisfaction by offering to take even the unpaid clothes for material recycling themselves. I won't bother going here again when I could just take everything to the clothes bank instead in one trip. A lot of hassle for a few pence.

I went today and there’s a sign saying ‘temporary closed’
