Paul and the team were amazing today 28/07/23 my husband became unwell with his breathing,
( copd) they noticed he was struggling & all came over & emptied my husbands boot, offered him a glass of water. What a lovely bunch if men.Thank you

Can't dispose of that unless you pay £4, break it into smaller pieces to fit in carrier bag that's fine so it will go into hard-core waste, but not on this trip! Nothing like promoting fly tipping.

I always go to this site, because "A" its the nearest to home "B" The staff are second to none. I could says lots more and it would all be good. Suffices to say that these Folk are always helpful and polite. Sometimes they are "tried" by very rude people and still come out professionally and simply putting people right. My husband and I take a pack of cakes about once a year, yes it should be more often but then perhaps they wouldn't be appreciated as much. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, Especially at this very difficult time xxxx

This is a great little recycling centre with really friendly staff but it is prone to frequent service interruptions as they close up to empty skips and that. There is an online tv so, in theory, one can check online before setting off...but I've been caught out a few times by this since the closures happen at the drop of a hat and can last longer than expected. The other thing worth mentioning is that loads of stuff seems to end for incineraton, which doesn't sound particularly green and always leaves me feeling a little guilty.
