I cannot thank Martin enough for his help today, he quite literally saved the day!!!! My alternator belt snapped an hour and a half away from home and it was just me and my one year old daughter stuck in a place we didn’t know. Martin offered his services and got us and our car home safely, thank you so so much!! Outstanding service!! I don’t know what I would have done.

Top notch service from these guys! Ade was as friendly and helpful as they come, having transported a large campervan safely from the breacons all the way to Bristol with no hassle or stress. The office were also very accommodating on times and situations. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Great service broken down on m5 was waiting 4hrs for rac still no show quick phone call to this company there in 40 minutes and very friendly 6hrs later get a call from rac to say there on there way no point there better off hanging there keys and passing there work on to this lot highly recommend ?

Well hero's of the year with this company my breaks went and I rang them, and right from the 1st call real nice guy got me to send my location so they knew my exact place and as my phone was about to die, I felt safe they knew where I was,
Then my driver martin came and loaded my car no issues, gave me a charger to get my phone going so I could ring my husband, and let thank-you so much martin for getting me home safely top man.
Also the guy on the phone gave me some real goid advice so I appreciate your honesty also

One phone call and everything was sorted. When our engine caught fire on the M5, the team were with us within 45 minutes of the call and we were on our way home back to the Midlands. Car recovered and stored securely. Cannot fault the service and communication from Sha and his crew. many, many thanks !

Excellent service all round.

Shah was very patient and kind and ensured the personal contents of the car that my son had left behind were returned to me as I was unable to travel the 180 odd miles.

For anyone that requires a vehicle recovery service, I would definitely recommend D&S Recovery, Risca. They fully appreciate what a stressful and traumatic time it is to have your vehicle recovered after an accident and did all they could to help us.

Went through yet another pothole and this time completely messed tyre up.
Rang these lovely people. And out and rescued within 45 mins. It was more than what I'd had thought but it was Sunday, tyre provided fitted and so on. Thank you guys.
