First time using this company for metal recycling, I must say it’s quite refreshing dealing with professional people who care. Spoke with Darren who pointed me in the right direction and dealt with my registration very efficiently. Off-loaded my small load which was weighed and recorded by ‘Man with a beard’ sorry couldn’t remember your name but you are a credit to the company. All in all a five star company.

The lads who run the non ferrous always polite and helpful same goes for the manager he is very polite and friendly and doesn't hesitate to help with any inquiries, the ferrous yard and the car area are always clean . Clean and tidy place to drop off your scrap, no worries about getting a puncture trying to empty the van! People are polite, friendly and professional. Been to the Ashford branch a few times, always been satisfied. Thanks EMR.

straight in no messing very helpful staff i asked a couple questions things i was not sure of they did not just say yes or no they explained things to me i would highly recommend EMR to anyone well done keep up the good work
and when weighing with car when coming off i was asked to step of the side i was standing on the lady said if you stand their your taking money off your pay because my weight was not on when weighing in this shows me they are honest and fare

Gone downhill rapidly in the past 6 months. Waste of time. Will pay less then quoted for cars but without telling you so you just end up with less money after you’ve left, slow, hard work. no manager present and nobody to speak to - nobody has a clue what’s going on. Used to be the best in Ashford but now the worst. Go elsewhere if you want your money.

First time using these the two guys in the non ferrous shed were very helpful and polite. Setting up the account was easy and the man in the office was again polite and helpful. Plus was given a voucher for the local cafe. Made my Christmas thank you and I will be back again.
