I am really pleased with Advance Services & Solutions, they collected my old laptops, phones and all wires, camera etc. Arrived timeously, pleasant driver who was very knowledgeable and informative. I am very happy to know that they help charities and also told me how much product I had saved going into landfill and so was helping the environment. I can definitely recommend this Company. Advanced IT were great to work with and they have responded to my queries very quickly. The service was efficient and thorough, and they provided all certificates of sanitisation within 48 working hours as requested. Glad to see our electrical waste being recycled!

Mike Quennell at Advance arranged pickup of 6 laptops plus various peripherals and sundry electricals within several days of contacting him. Advance's driver arrived on time and inventoried the items efficiently. Within two working days, Mike provided a duty of care waste transfer note and a data sanitization certificate. I found Advance a pleasure to do business with and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Advanced Services & Solutions picked up a selection of kit from me, the customer service was really great and booking in a time and day for collection was super quick and easy.The guy that collected from us was really nice and polite and explained that if equipment is usable it is given to under privileged kids and schools etc and anything not is shredded and disposed of properly. Thanks, would use again!

Great All round service, from booking a collection to clearing our IT disposal required very minimal input from myself, they took care of everything! In all honesty if I could I'd give them six stars. AS&S collected and sanitised a large amount of laptops and other IT related items for us. The process was smooth and each stage they provided detailed information and certification. We also received updates and final certificates very promptly. They made something that is complicated and we were dreading into something very smooth and easy.
