I have been waiting for 4 months for precycle to pick up from us i keep phoning the call center who are doing their best by forwarding on my messages and emails but i do not get any reply's from them their service is terrible.

for 2024 dropped their prices to 3p per kilogram and no longer accepting media stock....I thought we were trying to increase recycling not put businesses off. Plus extremely poor service.

Highly unreliable. It is increasingly difficult to get through to Precycle on the ‘phone. When one does get through to someone, promises are made but very rarely kept. Dealing with Precycle is almost invariably a frustrating, morale-sapping experience.
