Contacted them for shed clearance. Communication was super easy and clear. The website takes you straight to a WhatsApp chat which is so much easier than waiting on an email. Quote was given really quickly. When the team were onsite they gave me updates as I wasn’t at the property.

Very good experience with the firm. I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon for a quote and on Thursday afternoon they were able to come and take away a few bulky items. Excellent work by the two young men in getting everything out without hitting anything on the way.

We hired Colchester Waste collection to clear out my parents' house in Colchester after they also helped us move them into a home. Living 2 hours away, we were worried about organising the whole process ourselves from a distance. Throughout, everyone was super helpful and understanding of mine and my parents' challenges. I would absolutely trust them with elderly and vulnerable people like my parents. Their communication was great - prompt, clear and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. The team was so supportive and understanding of our situation. They arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to remove all the agreed upon items. They were thorough and never complained about our questions and requests. They made the entire process so much easier on us and provided wonderful customer service throughout.

Messaged these guys on WhatsApp and got a quick response. Sent pics of what I wanted taken away which was quite a big load of stuff. Got a quote back arranged a time as I'm on shift work. They kept in touch as too there progress on the day. They arrived with 3 large vans and about 8 chaps. Took them about half an hour to load everything up. I paid by bank transfer very easy. Will definitely use again as I'm moving and have more stuff to get rid off. Would absolutely recommend ?
