Went there to get replacement license plates Good points - open on bank holiday, answered phone for query & accommodating when I forgot my ID
Bad points - they said there were two options for attaching plates (screws and adhesive). To me, they implied that they drilled holes in the plates for us to screw them but after paying for them, they stated that this isn’t the case. I was left with no option but to purchase adhesive stickers (which cost £4!). The next day, my license plate fell off twice - luckily it was just in my driveway so I didn’t lose them which would have been yet another cost. Overall, I’m disappointed.

Friendly place to buy car parts but think price is too much like oil from Asda selling at £21 for castrol and they selling £26 for another brand. Would give 5 star if price more competitive.

My experience with Panjetani is awful. I bought an alternator and garage specialist told me it was faulty. I took it back the lady owner refused to exchange and refund . She agreed to send it to the supplier to check the part if faulty I will get my money back if not then I lose the money. So i went to my credit card company and got my cash back . After 1 month cash back Panjetani got their money back from credit from my account got reversed. Now the Panjetani refusing to talk to me and they got the part and my money which i paid for nothing at the end of the day. What a poorly and con company. Needs reporting .

So far Panjetani been contacted and recorded and she is getting aggresive over the phone saying I am lying when she took the part and the money back. Its been 6 months and still not received my money b she was charged by her bank by me claiming the charge back. This is not my problem and she failed to act lawfully to refund and give me a full report on the alternotor. I was told by the owner lady that i will be sent the report and nothing heard.So Panjetani keep your act together stop robbing decent people.

Ordered clutch release bearing by part number and details of the car. Received it as promice. Had it fitted with new flywheel and clutch and the part turns up to be wrong. Mechanic charged me 120 for fitting and now I got another bill to pay as that part is wrong and it doesnt work so it have to come out with gearbox. Went to shop for refund and they said it has to be within 7days. Noone told me that before. So just dont buy from them as they got no idea what are they doing.
