Booked my slot online, the booking system works very well ensuring that the site wasn't too busy.
Arrived today Friday pm and there were two very friendly and polite members of staff available to ask which things went where.
Very grateful to them and I feel very liberated getting rid of our junk. Thanks so much keep up the good work.

We went twice Sunday and Monday to leiston tip we started to unload our car with wood one of the staff came and helped us what a lovely man
Then on Monday and again the 2 same men who again came to both our cars loaded with wood and we had metal the smaller man said to me I will go up the stairs to do that for you
It is a shame we don’t have more like the 2 men on duty on the 7/7/24 and 8/7/24

Scott, Paul and Benji were brilliant today. I got locked out of my car and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful about it. Watching them whilst I waited for the RAC I noticed how helpful they were to everyone arriving, answering the same queries again and again with a smile. The site is kept clean and tidy. What a team ?

This place is awesome. Such helpful staff.I should have got there earlier but unmitigated circumstances made it so I couldn’t. I will forever be so grateful for the above and beyond attitude that was shown to me by the awesome lovely lady. If only everyone had the grace and generosity (as well as a great smile and happy face) then the world would be a nicer place ?

Such a very well run, extremely tidy & clean tip. Always helpful staff that offer to help, well done to them all dealing with all we customers throw away daily.
Take them some biscuits or pastries now & again. They surely deserve a treat with what they have to deal with.

Just moved to Saxmundham. Cleared a back garden for a old lady .and took a van load of old furniture and garden furniture. The staff were exellent helped us unload as we're old as well.we were taken back how friendly there all were.big thank to you all for being very kind.plus the lady on the phone who booked us in
