Lee and Mick at LJC Autospares were awesome dealing with my husband's van. Super quick, efficient, turned up when they said they would - with a cheque for the agreed price (which I paid straight into the bank - no problems). Also best offer we had for the scrappage - and none of the sharp intakes of breath you get from some of the chains (no names!) simply to knock down the original offer! Totally recommend, in fact, have literally just recommended to my next door neighbour!

Extremely efficient and friendly service! Filled out details online, was phoned back very swiftly and quote given, appointment made. Mick phoned the night before to arrange pick up time and location details, arrived exactly on time and he loaded the car, completed the V5 slip, sorted out payment; done, dusted and away in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with the paid amount. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Had 2 cars to dispose of which had been sitting at the folks place for over 10 years rotting. Called LJC as recommended by another site. The call was answered after re-routed from main number by Lee. He was clearly in the middle of something but still made time to talk and arranged collection for 2 days later but then called back to say how about this afternoon! Mick or Nick (sorry!) arrived an hour later with the cheque, required zero supervision, no mucking around and moved both vehicles with apparent ease and efficiency without aid even though one of them (photo) was in a very sorry state. Super pleased with this awesome service.

Only caveat is make sure you know what you want for the vehicle before calling as things can move pretty fast with these guys and we all forgot to discuss price until I called back specifically to discuss.

Excellent service, very helpful and reliable. I was keen for our broken car to be taken as soon as possible as it was blocking the school car park. The company used a cancelled slot to do that. I would certainly recommend this company.
