Avoid like the plague, gave me the wrong part and then tried refunding less money than I paid for it until i got mad about it, he is rude and has no idea what he's talking about and trys giving you other parts stating that it's the same and will work

The main guy there has disgusting behavior and provides horrible service. I've never seen anyone shouting at their own customers before. It's truly appalling. However, all the other staff members are good and working hard to ensure a pleasant experience for customers. They are attentive and dedicated to their work. It's unfortunate that the main guy chooses to sit in his office, neglecting his responsibilities and tarnishing the reputation of the that place. The other staff members deserve for their efforts and commitment to providing excellent service.

Don't trust these rip off merchants.
Took my old car away, told me they would give me £120 for it.
About a hour later phoned me and said I won't be getting my money as the catalytic converter was missing.
I immediatly went to the yard to look and found a brand new cut on the exhaust where the converter was.
FYI I have photographic evidence it was had not been cut off before leaving my property.
