Usually find it very helpful here, however we went there yesterday and was denied - that wasn't the issue, we were totally understanding of policies and procedures. It made our day a bit tougher, but what made it worse was the guy at the gate who denied us entry. He was flat out rude, we did not even argue and he was already there raising his voice at us, tapping the signs of the regulations (Which I repeat, was not an issue). What a horrible, unpleasant staff member of yours, he really disgraced what good name your establishment has for me.

My daughter and I have had occasion to use the facility this week and the service we received has been superb throughout. Attentive cheerful staff, working in heat whilst wearing high viz uniforms could not have been more kind and helpful, we are grateful for all their very professional assistance, they are to be congratulated, thank you

FALSE IMPRISONMENT*
Sunday 14th April
@1030am my 22 Year old daughter (looks 15 only 5ft) takes 3 household bags to tip.
She walks this in as never been to tip in her life. No she didn't park in correct place. ..... But guidance would work better.
She's partly deaf, with hearing aid, mobility issues - very independently. (NOT EVERY DISABILITY IS OBVIOUS).
She was greeted by a man who decided to use his 6ft manly threatening image to blast my daughter. Who repeated shouted you're not 'special' after her.... for her to keep saying i am....whhhhhaatttttt!!!!.
He then locks and closes the gates and keeps her inside the tip.
Once he finally has to let release the gates she runs. On a bloody leg she's got a torn meniscus on. Well done back to physico we go.
I not have a daughter crying and very upset.
Now false imprisonment police would be very interested in.
I want this dealt with as whoever this guy is needs to taught, manners, false imprisonment and locking 'special' as he calls her adults into a place is not except able

I found the entry assistant very helpful directing us to the best place to park for our mainly cardboard load. The chap by the various skips was also helpful. Plenty of parking and no queue to access the site.
