This place has changed. It used to be a pleasant experience to get car parts and banter with staff who was very friendly. I grew up going to this place and have never apart happy memories with my dad.
Only to return 2 month ago and the staff was hostile cold rude and arrogant

When I tried to find out why the bad Atmosphere, I was told To to leave the building and was shown the guard dogs

It was very shocking as a female Who used to live down with my father buying parts for cars all my childhood memories have now been destroyed thanks guys

Maybe Something illegal going on because how I handled was not professional at all one bit

I will be taking the matter further

Brilliant customer service, I called for a part and they couldn't have been more helpful, even though it was the end of the day they took the time to go searching for what I needed and when they didn't have what I needed available they still checked online for me and discussed possible options of where I might be able to get the part from to help! Will definitely be contacting in future if I need parts!
