For as simple a thing as visiting the tip, you need to book a half hour slot. Good luck knowing days in advance which half hour slot you will be free. Same as a lot of public services since Covid, the service has massively reduced.

Arrived only to be told I needed a booking, which wasn't the case last time I visited. Happy to make a booking in future, but the site was virtually empty, so I'm not sure why an exception couldn't be made on this occasion. A bit of common sense would go a long way. Wasted trip.

Was late to my booking due to traffic, Told I have to make another appointment, and instructed to leave very aggressively. Absolute Disgrace, This is an example of poor management and reducing services while paying more in taxes, While being faced with aggressive, concerning behavior. Luckily I'm not confrontational, BE WARNED.

Booking system is horrendous. I could understand the need for it during COVID (when it was introduced) but nowadays it is a massive hindrance. There's hardly any available slots and I'm sure the place is not operating at peak when it's all booked! Puts you off from recycling.
