Luckily for them they can’t give me the option to give zero stars if I could I would, absolutely dreadful service I have called 5 times to be told they will call me before collection no call back since . I have taken today off work to allow them to come. Again I called to ask if they are coming no call back

Btw don’t bother calling me to apologise or give me a reason to not call back

I’ve been using smiths for a while now, there yard is always very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rates are ok and they pay by cheque which is like instant cash as you only have to take a photo and scan it to your bank and the money is in your account straight away
