Would give zero if I could. Never been to somewhere with staff that rude, the man operating the fork lift in the soft metals just shouldn’t be allowed to talk to human beings. Horrible service and will definitely be using the scrap dealers in Trafford.

Standards have slipped here lately, chap who used to be on non ferrous was lightning. You'll be here 30 mins+ now. Today, the lad on forklift disappeared for ten mins then served his mate who's just arrived before everyone else. Then literally stood around another ten mins chatting whilst everyone waited. 5 mins later, still chatting.

First time user. Took a relatively small amount of mixed metal from renovation, honestly I just wanted to get rid of it. Not clear what I was supposed to do. When I asked the guy on the weighbridge he was polite and explained. Quite busy and took over an hour. Other than that no problems. On my way out got stopped by someone else asking what to do. Think maybe you need better signage, someone on the front gate or update the website.

Very well run, efficient, clean site that follows all the correct procedures regarding health and safety. Also has the latest payment technologies in place using QR code's. The staff are very knowledgeable and always on hand to help with any queries. Very competitive on prices and promt payments are assured. Remember to wear hi vis top's when you get out of your vehicle on site.

Ive used EMR salford a few times, today i used both the yard then the express station the young lad that was in there sat 25th march was very polite, professional and friendly made the whole process very easy

For a scrap yard there very good in there I got there early. And said I can park outside if I'm to early. He just said no mate get on the weighbridge. Then said when you can get to the loading ramp we will get you sorted. Most helpful staff in there. And for a scrap yard it was pretty clear in there.

From the minute you arrive at the yard right up until the end, the staff are very professional.
The staff made a very strong effort in helping and communicating, everything with me nothing was too much for them to do.
Amazing staff.
