Submitted a form online this morning to see if they had a wing mirror for my car. Just after 9am received a call from Mandy (very professional and polite on the phone) to see they had one. Popped up there and Rawol (sorry if spelt wrong) kindly fitted it for me. Great customer service from start to finish. Would highly recommend ?

I needed a gearbox for my Suzuki swift struggling to find spoke with Mandy she was professional and very efficient she sourced me a perfect running box with very low mileage matched up engine codes and sourced straight away at a very very good price Mandy was so helpful credit to scrappers I would highly recommend Mandy and the scrappers thank you Mandy I will be back 100 % ?

5 stars for the gentleman whose name I believe is Steve. Advised me what type of part I needed and took it off the car within 15 mins. My mechanic took 2 hours fitting it. Shows some people have better understanding and knowledge than other so-called mechanics. Also, his customer service was outstanding!! Spoke to me with a lot of respect. I expect this gentleman, Steve, to work for Harrods with the type of mannerism and class. Any parts I ever need, I will come to this scrapyard! Thank you, Steve.

Great service from these guys. Needed a front passenger door for my car and these guys had the exact one. Steven who assisted me with a door was very friendly and highly skilled. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional in also providing their service.

0 stars if I could. Terry called me to arrange pick up of my vehicle. Same day, no show. Day after we arranged no show. After the weekend he said Monday. Monday no show. They made me change my V5 over to then before they even picked up the car or paid me causing me severe delay to then before told we don’t cover my area anymore. Utter lies . When I called they said Terry was the boss but when spoken to him he told me his boss said they don’t cover my area . Time wasting scammers ! Watch out they blocked me straight after and wouldn’t help me at all
