Been customer for about 2 years and prices were always going down. Once I bought old rusty vice and was overcharged just because they paid for my damaged tire that was damaged while driven on their property. Paid £29 for 35kg scrap when weeks before paid £9.50 for same vice. Owner is only about money. Once I was there I have picked up old vice and some guy have started to calling me names and claiming that it was his vice because he saw it the day before. I have carried it all the way to weight and almost bought it when the owner stepped in saying its his private vice and sold it to guy who just gave me a lot of abuse. No respect to customer. I have
Found another place that pays more and pay for each half kg not every kg so I don't get robbed of 0.9 kg every time. As loyal customer I was willing to support them anyway but after being overcharged and abused I will never go there and would advise people to support place where you are not being treated like trash.

Writing on the behalf of my dad Steve W. I’ve been coming to KJ Bells for several years. I’ve had no problems with this company. Great staff. Great service. No problem with the pricing or of the loads on weight. Fairly good prices. Very happy with them.

They have you over here 2 ways the weight is kept secret they dont give you right price for your load and put whole load through as oversized even though it was only one thing. Much better places around

Well organised scrap metal merchant, who also has a "charity donations" skip were we can just deposit metal objects and all are converted to charity donations...
Great way to recycle old batteries from vehicles rather than landfill..
