*Extremely Poor Experience with This Vendor*
We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this vendor for the first time, and it was nothing short of disappointing. We ordered a headlight for an Audi A1 at a premium price of £450, only to receive a faulty part. When we attempted to return the defective item, the vendor falsely claimed the light was damaged due to our handling.
The representative managing our case via WhatsApp failed to acknowledge that the part they sent us was already faulty. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service we have encountered in our entire career. We operate a large garage in West London and have worked with numerous vendors in the salvage, aftermarket, and dealership sectors, but this experience stands out as the worst.
Given the poor service and unresolved issues, we cannot recommend this vendor. Their overall rating of 3.7 out of 5 does not accurately reflect the level of service we experienced. Zero star from our side. We will be monitoring this situation closely and may pursue legal action if the matter is not resolved to our satisfaction.

I have dealt with trade parts north east twice now and the service has been great, they have been so helpful with parts and advice and I can not recommend them enough as they have a great customer service manner. Absolute FIRST CLASS company. Rang up and paid for a wing, had a chat with a really helpful chap who assured me the item was in good condition and it would be well packaged. This was Monday afternoon, came home today (Wednesday) and it’s arrived!!
The BEST packaging I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen some fine packaging over the years!), the wing was perfect and better than expected.
So anyone unsure, I can personally highly recommend any dealings with Trade Parts North East Ltd. Many thanks.

BEWARE !! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! AGREED A PRICE YESTERDAY AND THEN WHEN IVE LEFT FROM BIRMINGHAM AND 2 HOURS INTO THE JOURNEY DECIDED TO INCREASE THE PRICE. EXCUSE WAS BECAUSE ITS A HARD TO REMOVE WHEN ITS A SIMPLE 5 BOLT RELEASE AND APPARENTLY THERE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BUT THIS IS NOT STATED IN ADVERT AND NEOTHER WAS IT DISCLOSED IN YESTERDAYS PHOJE CALL

Damian you simply cant give a company a bad review when you have NOT used them for a service or purchased a product from them. Carwise Derby has given you a bad review as you have been totally unfair and proved to be very unflexible with your return policy ,especially when we purchased a part which was incorrect and refuse to give a refund. So I suggest you take a good look in the mirror and decide if you have acted fairly regarding your stance

Purchased an engine from these guys for a 2017 skoda, engine was perfect and removed properly not just cut out and chucked in a corner, there was a slight mixup wich meant the engine I had agreed to buy was nearly sold to someone before I arrived, however this was quickly sorted out and the guys made sure both parties were satisfied with an engine. I have added these guys onto my list of trusted suppliers for my garage, after seeing their setup and meeting the lads I was impressed with the operation. Cheers lads
