Darren (the owner) is an arrrogant person! He was okay at the beginning of the transaction and then when the pallet was shipped abroad and then shipments need some documents from the supplier, he won't deal with it. He don't answer any of my messages and calls after that. He always got excuse why not answering your call. My messages to him weeks ago, was never answered.Ignorant! My order can't be claimed anymore from the agent he arranged because the documents does not match to the BL. What a waste of time and money!! He does not care of his client!! There are a lot more of supplier there is my advise if you wanted a smooth and no head ache transaction.
