My van broke down on the M3, a dangerous location, at 6:00 AM. I searched for a recovery truck and couldn’t believe that someone actually answered my call at that time. After 40 minutes, he arrived. He found me easily, which is rare—usually, you have to keep explaining your location. But this guy made everything so easy. He was really friendly, professional, and on time.

I broke down on the M25 which was very scary. I phoned a couple of people, one who couldn’t get to me quick enough and another who didn’t sound very clear of when / what he could do. i got hold of Mehmet and straight away it was really re-assuring - he asked me a couple of questions and said he could get to me within 40 minutes. He kept me updated and got to me within the 40 mins - which i was so grateful for . straight away he was super professional, told me exactly what to do - which was just so nice to have after the horrible wait on the hard shoulder with traffic flying past. He told me to get straight in his truck - was really in control and sorted out getting my car sorted. Took me home and was a really efficient and prompt service for a reasonable cost. i have saved his number and would 100 % recommend anyone to use him! thanks so much
