I was looking for an easy solution for getting rid of a load of rubbish I had had piling up so, I decided to book in a collection with M and M Zero for the same day. Fraser and Stuart were great, they arrived on time, got straight to work and cleared all the rubbish super quickly. They were professional and friendly and the whole process from booking to collection felt very smooth. All in all a terrific service that I would highly recommend.

Paid someone called Clare Markey as someone wrote before No confirmation email sent, - no contact made with me after payment taken
Did not turn up she refused to answer my emails or calls
I was really shocked that she did did this, I had to hire someone else to rid rest of the waste. Really poor - do not use

Quick turnaround, careful ordering plasterboard skip as charged when over a tonne no matter what size. No allowence for a wet skip. They should state that you need to cover your skip so weather can't make your load heavier and you must weigh all your items so you don't go over a tonne no matter how low under the line.
To be fair the customer service on the phone when irate was very professional.

We booked a skip from them, I was abroad towards the end of the build - they just turned up and collected the skip, no notice. We hadn't put everything in, the skip wasn't even half full. No email sent, no phone call - no contact made with me. I was really annoyed that they did this, I had to them sort getting rid of the rest of the waste. Really poor - do not use!
