We have to hire skip from this company when they delivered skip they put on neighbors side and damage to guttering they come later put right place but they didn’t come to fixed the guttering. Guttering damaged was not big issue but my customer is not happy with that finally we gave some discount to customer to fixed himself. When I call the company they bring me so many reasons like” manager on holiday “ the person dealing with that not there etc etc. All unprofessional reasons.
We gonna not hire from this company again.

I have garden work going ahead and the landscapers can’t continue to work until the skip has been removed. I have been waiting 7 days now since I called for it to be collected and it’s still not been picked up yet. every time I call they say they are really busy at the moment. When you pay a lot of money for a skip this isn’t the service you would expect. Also been waiting for the invoice I’ve asked to be sent 3 times which hasn’t been sent. Definitely wouldn’t use again. Can get cheaper and better service elsewhere.

I used Aasvogel for the first time recently and they were so helpful. As a skip ‘novice’ they gave me good advice regarding which skip I needed and delivered the skip within 2 days. They even gave me a call the day before with an approximate delivery time which was very useful. Very good customer service.

Superb service from start to finish. The online booking process was simple and clear. The subsequent communication with Rob was excellent, and he could not have been more helpful, especially as I needed to change the time of the skip collection a couple of times; he was extremely accommodating.
The driver turned up right on time and was courteous, friendly and skilled at his job.
Would highly recommend.

They'll charge you an arm and a leg and then take out half the stuff you put in, making the whole thing pretty pointless. Better off using the money and treating yourself after a hard day of transporting things to the local tip. That's what we have to do now, without the treat.

I did not get a great response from other companies unfortunately.

I am local to where their 'base' is and I wish their drivers abided by the laws of the road. Wantage is a small market town so the roads are not built for massive skip trucks to be barrelling down the road clearly over the various speed limits. Every time I call to make the staff aware they obviously do nothing. Plus they're the most expensive skip hire company in the area... doubt people will pay more for a skip simply because aasvogel claims to be the best on service... cool.
