I visited your location on Saturday, expecting it to be open until 12:00, as stated. However, I arrived at 11:47, only to find the gate being closed right in front of me. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. If employees are unwilling to adhere to the posted hours, it reflects poorly on your business. Unfortunately, this experience has caused you to lose a customer.

Absolutely brilliant place to go for car spares but hit and miss taking scrap metal, on a good day all is well but on a bad day you will get shouted at and spoken to very very aggressively by a certain yard person!!! It only takes a few minutes for maybe a little helping hand and some advice on metal assortment!!!!

Just a simple "No sorry, we're about to close" would have been fine. Malcolm Drew were not only more friendly but they also took my most of my scrap metal, it was a more simple system and the whole place was a lot cleaner. I've always been to Orchards but I'll go to Malcolm Drew's in future.

Rang on the Monday to arrange collection of the car, they collected the next day and I got a fair price. Got double what a local scrap collector offered. Lady in the office very friendly and helpful.

5 stars. This place is the place to go for parts & tyres, alloys, batteries etc. Yes it's cash only so bring some wedge! Nearest cashpoint is the village shop a mile away.
