Took our broken washing machine there. Free service no que plus £3.50 for the metal.
Thorough dealings Organised business trustworthy. Fair prices as CC charges £33 to collect 4 items whereas if you can get it to them we recieved £3.50 . If you ask for a kerb side home collection they cant pay you anything, but the service to use them is FREE too. You may have to wait a few days for when they are in the area to collect but so much better than cornwall council's £33 charge for 4 items. So ideal for non drivers, disabled elderly etc.

Remarkable. Polished and professional. Access road clean and clear of debris, customer parking clearly marked with no screws or nails. Wagons were neatly reversed into dedicated spaces. The reception staff were welcoming and politely explained to this old guy how things worked. One reception staff member with four clean paws quitely introduced their canine selves. Miraculous, upcountry I'm accustomed to Alsatians lunging at me from fully extended chains. Docs and cards were exchange. Brass and copper weighed. Printers printed. I left with 20% more £ than expected. I'll go again, worth the extra miles to be spoken to as if I'm human.

They tryed to say I didnt have enough to cover my skip at £50 so after a long debated discussion I was offered £150 and my skip deducted... Then after more heated discussion we came to an agreement of £148 and the skip included which I still think is a wrong and unfare price.... To top this off they paid me as a refund which will take 5 days with the bank to clear into my account.... I wouldn't recommend these cowboys to anybody ?
