Really helpful staff, especially a crazy looking German guy with long grey hair. The site is always clear and tidy, and they have a charity donation container for stuff too good to throw away.

The layout is dreadful. The staff are just so unfriendly and rude. Kindness and politeness is free, but these guys seem to like to be as unpleasant as possible.

The guys at the centre are cheerful helpful and respectful. These guys work there sorting and making sure everything goes in the correct bins. The signs display what you can tip for free, and clearly states what has to be paid for. Expecting them to unload your vehicle is not what they are employed to do. Asking for identification stops people from all around the borough from using a facility they don’t pay for. Well done guys the place always looks tidy, it does clear itself.

Staff in front seem to be unwilling to help when we asked how we can exit from the facility. First time in the centre so quite unsure about where things go.

Rude and aggressive people working there. Where are your manners? Do your job and advise people in a friendly manner. Patronising men charging at you when you are trying to figure out where to go. All the 5* reviews on here are clearly fake!

Very nice and friendly staff, clearly wearing orange vests if your need to ask for help.
Make sure you take your Driving License from now on, they need to know your address.
I had to pay £7 for wood palettes which is no problem and happy to pay.... But I would of thought this is all included in Council Tax. Overall very happy!

Well organised, friendly and helpful staff on site, clearly signposted, parking bays outside each section for waste disposal.
I visited early morning as I wanted to avoid any potential queues later in the day and it was fine.

- Just wanted to add that Andrew has been really helpful the last few times I have visited.

The staff who work here are really helpful. Just ask, if you are not sure about where to put things. I have always been assisted with moving anything heavy or awkward from my car into the skips. Well done and thank you - really good service.
