Bilsthorpe recycling centre is always tidy and the staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The only bugbear I have encountered is when staff are changing over full containers for empty ones. You have to wait out in the road where the entrance is on a bend. I do understand that this is for the safety of the public and staff.

The team of people that work here cannot do enough for you. Very accommodating, extremely well organised and clean facility. I travel from Mansfield to use this site rather than my local recycling centre. Kyle, Darren and the rest of the team always have a smile and time to say hello and a willingness to help, which is unique based on my experiences elsewhere.
