The staff at Faversham Recycling Centre are always friendly and helpful and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get someone's attention. On a recent visit, I was particularly impressed with how helpful and friendly Dan was. I had several questions about which skips to put things in and he was happy to help.

I was the tenth car in the queue. Waited around 5/10 minutes to get to the front only to be told there will be a delay as they had to change a big skip. When I got in there I was told sorry we aren’t taking scrap metal as we’re full. Literally wasted over half an hour. Why they bother with a booking system is beyond me. It worked fine before COVID now Covid’s gone please change it back and stop wasting everyone’s time

Visited Good Friday to ask for advice that was not available online. Member of staff was polite, helpful and cheerful and gave me the information I needed. Went back Easter Saturday and Danny was really helpful. First rate service all round.

Well organised, friendly helpful staff.
This waste site is always immaculately clean, the staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would say this is the best waste site in Kent probably the country.

The two new members of staff here are so cheerful and very helpful; on every visit in the last 5 occasions they have either offered to help empty or carry our refuse- completely unprompted. This is such a refreshing change. Highly recommended this site and the staff who work here.
