I normally visit the Shoreham EMR site about once a year, after I’ve saved up all the odds and ends that one accumulates when a home owner. The Guys at Shoreham are first rate and very helpful. Plus I’m £50 better off from stuff that would have normally cone in the bin.

Emr will not let bikcylces with a trailer bring in scape you have to have a vehicle to bringing your scrape in I consider this not very eviromentaly friendly company.

Probably visit 3 times a month -v friendly staff inc Grab drivers and yard staff-also nothing too much trouble attitude knocks spots off other yards inc some other EMR yards

I had not been to this place in years. I phoned up and had no hold time, spoke to the ops manager, who was very helpful.

Drove up everyone was very helpful, even though i went down the wrong lane, and then parked in the wrong bay.

I cant fault the experience, everyone wad nice and helpful. I spoke to the ops manager again there who remembered my call. No problems at all. These guys really have theur act together. Especially when so many others do not.

I don't know if Ashley was having a bad day or if he does the surly act all the time. He managed the entire transaction without one please or thanks.

The grab driver is seriously inconsiderate. I called before to politely ask that maybe he could “place” the waste on to the pile as opposed to literally “throwing” it around like a rag doll. Since the request he has got worse creating (probably illegal) amounts of noise pollution. I’m not usually one to complain, but a little bit of consideration for those of us who have to close our doors and windows would go a long way ?

Turned up at 10.30am on a Saturday and was told that the office was shut and that they don't deal with people after 10.30am so they can get out of the yard at 11am. Website opening times clearly say 11am. Not helpful, poor customer service. Avoid if you can.
