Daniel posted on a passat page that he was breaking a passat. I enquired about the alternator on it as mine decided the cold weather was too much for it and it died. He asked for my reg just to double check it's the correct one for my car (fortunately it was), and the next day the alternator was at my door. Genuinely so impressed with how quick it arrived and with how professional he was from start to finish. Also, the price was extremely fair for the alternator. Really can't thank you enough JVR (more particularly Daniel), i really appreciate your help.

Had many trades with Jack and his guys at JVR. As you might expect with second hand cars, gremlins can pop up at the most inconvenient time. Jack has gone above and beyond to rectify issues (that were no fault of his own) and just provide a rapid and reliable service. I have left him the keys to my unit to collect cars and he always acts promptly (much faster then the bigger companies) and leaves it clean and tidy.
