Kingdom Spas were really good at answering our questions during the entire process. After a site visit to make sure our tub would fit for delivery, the actual delivery was amazing. Amazing service from the Team at Kingdom Spas. Called for a hot tub and had it delivered and installed the same day quickly and professionally. Purchased a Hot Tub from Jim at Kingdom Spas in early 2023. The products are of high quality and the after care support is second to none. The installation and handover was incredibly smooth. Yes you can get a Hot Tub cheaper but this is an example of "You get what you pay for". Would highly recommend.

We bought a nevis hot tub from kingdom spa's in Findon and the service from the start of the process with Angela, to the wet testing with Jim, the communication in the office with Sandra to the delivery with Andy and Tom was absolutely excellent. What amazing service before and after. The customer care is by far an away the best we came across when we were looking to buy a hot tub. The ability to try out a hot tub before you buy made it choosing so much easier. Their course to teach you how to manage and maintain the hot tub was brilliant and took away all the worry. The lovely staff are easy to contact and willing to talk through anything and help out. As a chronically ill patient the hot tub has helped so much and I feel so much better. I highly recommend Kingdom Spas

What Jim doesn’t know about hot tubs is probably isn’t worth knowing. I discovered kingdom spas through a friend and it was certainly an excellent recommendation. Jim and his team are very friendly and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining not just the prod but also the cons of various different features and models to help us make the right decision for us. There is no sales pressure at all and they were happy to answer my numerous questions. We also got to try out a few tubs to help us hone in on exactly what we wanted. The installation was extremely smooth and they organised the crane needed and also offered advice on preparing the space. One of my concerns when buying the hot tub was managing the water chemistry. Jim and his team provide training and always there for advice if you need it. There is excellent after sales support. My family and I are delighted with our hot tub and I can’t recommend Kingdom Spas highly enough.
