Rang up this morning at 9:17 about a part im in urgent need of to get my car sorted and they said they had it in and it’s the right part even sent them a diagram of the part I needed gets to the shop they hadn’t even got the part off n still wasn’t the right part I needed I would not recommend bare in mind I had to travel 60 miles absolutely fuming with these what a joke should be ashamed

Rude, Unprofessional and Dishonest
Placed an order to through breakeryard. They sent a quote despite knowing they don't have stock. Two days later i went to check and turns out there was a msg on breakeryard which I had no notification of. I called and Kelly tells me they left me 'several' messages (LIE). She passed the phone to this man called Paul who told me I did not call them on wednesday even though I did. Blatantly lies. Then asks me in the most condescending way possible why I didn't put which side the light is in the order. I asked him why they couldnt just call me. He laughed and said I will refund. Due to his tone I asked him his full name, he laughed and refused to give it. These people have no sense of customer care.

Just bought wheel from here. I did phone if it will come with tyre as well. And i was told yes.now the trye is wrong size and wheel is proper rusted and has been oiled just to hide the rust. If i knew this earlier, would have bought it from another supplier. Not happy at all.

What a wonderful service from these guys, I had to phone a few times to make sure I had the right door handle for my Fiat 500, nothing was too much trouble them. It was posted out promptly and I received it the next day, I highly recommend this company, 5* plus, thank you
