Absolutely top draw customer service. I can't thank this company enough for everything they done. Stupidly ordered the wrong part. They were very understanding and I sent the wrong one back and received the correct in two days.

Special mention goes to Jack for all his help and understanding.

If needed I will 100% use Nottingham Ford Dismantlers again.

Paid for a part on Monday to be sent next delivery on the Tuesday, noticed the payment hadn't been taken on the Tuesday so called them and they said not to worry they don't take payment until its being posted. Woke up this morning still no payment taken, called and nobody had a clue, promised to call me back, 3 further times I called chasing it to be finally told they didn't have the part and to call back in a week or so?
They've left a disabled customer without a lifeline now, and didn't even bother to contact me! Absolutely disgusting service! ?

So I purchased air filter box on the 12th of Dec 2022. It was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully our neighbour checked with us before anything. I was in contact on the 16th of Dec 2022 that it was the wrong part for my car (it is my first car, I wouldn't know the right part for it) I was only able to work with the plate number. I was promised it was going to be collected. After a couple of days no collection, so I was in contact. I was told it was going to be picked that same day all through no one, I was stuck at home up till after New year as I was told the same story everyday since the 22nd of dec 2022 at some point I was lied to that the driver came and had no access to the property, its a block of flat he could have pressed the door number for access. I kept calling most times it was rude conversation with a robotic automated reply.
I took the courier company's contact details from one of their call handlers who told me, he wouldn't advise I chase up the courier company myself. I was in contact with the courier company, only to find out that they never contacted by this company to collect the parcel. (Now I can see they clearly want this purchase to pass 30days so it can be non-refundable)
Anyway this morning again. I called, a call handler promised to call the courier company and provide me with feedback, had no call back. So again, I then called the courier company again just 10mims ago only to be told no one had contacted them from this company today to arrange a collection for this item. I need my refund and you collect your product or we go the legal way. I know you have registered or blocked my number as no one is answering my calls anymore.

I ordered a cooling fan resistor from them. They were the second cheapest from an online quote site. But they had good reviews so I thought the extra £2 was worth It took 2 days to come which was good enough fro me. And when it did come it was the complete cowling assembly including the cooling fans. Amazing value, helpful service. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a door on the 22nd March 2021. The day i ordered it I realised I accidentally mixed the numbers on the address and attempted to rectify it as soon as possible. Their courier service doesn’t give you any information on the delivery, no tracking, no anything just an email to say it’s on its way which is insane as it’s 2021 I should be able to easily change the delivery address or at least give delivery instructions. The day i called them and every single day for the whole month of March after that they would tell me they are calling the courier then I wouldn’t hear anything from them. I’ve had to call every time to see where my door is and today on the 26 April 2021 I still have not received my door or a refund, let alone a sincere apology. I believe they aren’t taking me serious because I’m a woman and they must not think my car problems are as important as any male counterpart but I am very dissatisfied and angry at the service I have received.
