As a new customer, I found the site easy to navigate. Everything is clearly sign posted and there's plenty of space to turn around if needs be! Everybody is in a good mood around the site. Mark was super friendly and enthusiastic and talked me through the process, showing me how it all works and even how he operates, as well has running back and forth to unload the truck. Kim was also smily and attentive. Above and beyond from start to finish. What a place to work!

My first time going to a scrap yard and I had a good experience, I was a bit worried as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but the guys were super helpful and I earned more money than I thought I would which was a bonus! They helped me take the stuff out the car and divide it up and were friendly and chatty, definitely recommend

This place is about the only scrap yard I don't mind collecting from. Always so friendly, polite and helpful, from the weighbridge to the yard staff.

I drive 25 miles to use this depot since they offer much better prices than my local merchants in Hertfordshire. It’s well worth the journey. Furthermore they’re a happy, welcoming, polite and customer friendly bunch here. It has to be said that the guy who takes my scrap lead(I’m a roofer) at the little section just before the main entrance definitely wins the happiest guy in the world award. He is just so full of beans it’s uncanny. He’s just always so happy to see anyone. Always kind words and jolly banter. It makes one feel comfortable and welcomed. That said, all the staff are lovely. When I opened my account, the lady, again was very kind and patient. I like coming here and will continue to conduct my business here. Well done guys. Keep up the good work guys.

Great site, made it very easy for a novice... Much better prioces than my local guy. Normally see Mark, Cal & Kim up by the gate, but this time had to venture down to the main site where Frankie & the team were super helpful... Great experience, super professional

Site is kept clean and tidy , which is not always the case at other sites.
The loaders are very friendly and also their banksman skills are great and helpful.
The weighbridge staff are very experienced and friendly.
Frankie is mainly on when I visit.
She is so bubbly, she brightens up any bad day
