Gotta say things have changed alot here, including the returns polices and procedures, really bad. Its more like shopping at a poundland than anything else, its certainly no charity shop anymore with the prices the way they are at the moment. Can't give this place anything more than 2 stars.

I decided to go yesterday because I saw something I liked a few days ago but it was closed and I saw the times and it said it should be open today but it wasn’t and there wasn’t even a note
I went again today and same thing happened I am ordering it online on a better website
