Not overly helpful to be honest asked where to find certain model of car and just got a it's over there with a vague pointing.

When asked if possible to view one of the cars in the racking was informed not as I only wanted to look for smaller part. Even though they had had a forklift and driver near by so would of taken all of 2 mins to help. Only offer given was to borrow a unsafe looking step ladder to try and have a.look and climb into a car on racking. Don't feel I would go back again unless desperate
Will use eBay next time as way better service and no messing around I would recommend others do the same

Phoned them to scrap my car. He valued it £150.00, then they came to collect my car and gave me £100.00 cheque, I argued that we agreed that the amount of £150.00. He said he did not know about it. He then told me to go their scrap yard. I went to Clwyd Breakers, now I was told that they don’t know about it and £100.00 is the best offer they could give. I informed them again that we agreed £150.00 but he just give me £20.00 cash on top of the £100.00 cheque. I was so disappointed. I hope and pray that karma will struck them soon. Wonder if they pay their taxes when they sell used auto parts for cash... Avoid... they are not sincere and honest...

Staff are helpful and very friendly, owner is probably the nicest scrappy trade person I've ever encountered. For the years I've gone there, all parts are cheap and you can take them off yourself without any hassle or checking up.

Id remembered my dad used these so thought id try them to scrap my car I shouldn't bother tho tbh iv been ringing for days .can't get past the chap on the phone when he can find his book he takes your details and tells you the same rubbish every time that the lads will phone back in an hour and then they go home and don't even bother to ring .iv gone somewhere else now guys for a professional team and a better price for my car too .

Full 5 starts rang them up told them I wanted to scrap my car (audi a4) they told me how much they would give for the car and with in a couple of hours they where at my door cheque in hand for the price they said 10/10 will use every time I need my car gone. Very friendly
