Excellent and professional service. Came and recovered my car very quickly. Was extremely careful with my car. Coil spring snapped & he made every effort to move the broken spring so not to cause any more damage during recovery. Car is quite low but he made sure not to damage the underside. Can’t rate highly enough. Highly recommended.

My car recently broke down on the M62, pulled over jct 37 sliproad, contacted D. M. O recovery and gave breakdown location and details, Was informed that would be with me in an hour and indeed he was! The recovery man Dave was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy highly professional and knows his job, Gave me some advice regarding the car repairs of which I was most grateful - Definitely highly recommend, Thanks Rob.

Car needed to be towed, from phone call to him being with me was 30 mins, like electric handbrake was stuck on, said he would get it off and 5 mins later the car is rolling. quality service, really nice and understanding guy. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

My car broke down on the Mway and I called my breakdown cover provider who couldn’t get out to me hence I was stuck. I called the team at D.M.O and they were with me in 20 minutes despite other companies saying they couldn’t give me an ETA whilst charging double the price. I would definitely recommend these guys as they were polite and helped me the whole way to the garage. Even at the garage they had a look at my car and told me what the issue was which I was able to notify my garage mechanic of. These guys saved me a lot of money, time and hassle and helped me out so much. Hugely recommend!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Found myself stuck on the side a busy main road. David was out to us within 20min and took good care with my car. Really friendly fella.
