I dealt with Matthew via live chat. Was very helpful and professional. Got the part quickly and at a good price. When there was a small issue with the part again Matthew via chat fixed it straight away. I suppose the best praise I can give is its more like dealing with a proper national shop than a scrap yard. Would and will use again.

Guy at gate is very rude and abusing. We came to collect motorbike 2 hours after booked slot but it’s not a problem at synetiq until now. Told me that he will learn all drives discipline.

Scrap engine finally turned up - broken
Engine turned up looking like it had been removed by a digger! Most parts attached are smashed and broken. Didn't run due to many faults and problems.
SYNETIQ does not have any telephone lines to make complaints - just chat messages.
BEWARE AND AVOID.

Hi the lady on the phone was great! However the man that turned up was very rude ! I nerly lost it when he past me an oily cable with sharp wire sticking out of it which cut my hand ! To load my car ! If I c him in the street he will know about it !

No phone number on website, only live chat which was actually pretty good. Location is difficult to access, when you arrive, the gate is closed with no-one around. DPD seemed to get in and out by beeping his horn?.. Parking difficult as staff cars at each side of a narrow entrance. No clear process anywhere for how to proceed with collection of parts. Staff helpful and managed to get what I needed eventually. Seems to me they are more setup to deliver than for customers to collect.....

Was mis sold some panels for my van didn't seem interested at main depot I'd travelled 60 miles had to return them again another 60 miles went to planet road and one particular member of staff couldn't help me enough he's a credit to a very badly run company
