Very nice guys- always and helped few times even when they didn’t have to. Always tidy, sometimes short waiting. Only minis are the stairs to all skips- when you have heavy item it’s difficult- for that reason I sometimes go to Sevenoaks as they have the garden skips at the car park level- which I use a lot!

Had to clear a parents home, so made a total of 9 visits to this centre. Staff were very kind, patient and helpful, guiding us to the right bins. Centre was well run and kept very clean. Staff kept the site safe and running smoothly. Very well done.

I can’t fault this household recycling centre. Booked here as I couldn’t face the drive to thamesmead. I paid £10 and it was well worth it. The staff here are exceptional. The man at the gate offered to help me which I gratefully accepted. When I had finished I looked for him to thank him but couldn’t see where he had gone. KCC should be proud of their staff.

My first visit since COVID so booked online this morning at 9.00 for 10.30 slot. Super friendly polite staff. The chap at the gate was very chatty and helpful and then the two chaps helped to unload my car and took everything for me. Would highly recommend. So nice to have a helpful polite experience. Site was also clean, well maintained and organised and wasn’t too busy for a Monday morning.

My daughter and I went to the waste recycle on Monday at 4pm after booking a slot. We would like to just make you aware of the team you have working for you at this centre. Especially Jay?. They are polite, helpful, and always there to lend a hand and a friendly word, I don't think they are appreciated enough. Could you just send on our appreciation and Thanks to the Team up there and Thank Jay for the help he gave us. Although the site was well managed i was disturbed to be advised, on entry, that my car had already been to the site previously that day as my Registration had been checked off. My booking was from 10.00am to 11.15am and i arrived at about 10.15am.
I definitely had not been to the site earlier so either someone had marked off the wrong Registration earlier or the booking site needs to be improved to ensure duplications are not possible
